HCP – ALGAE KILL

ALGAE KILL is designed to control and prevent algae and black spot in swimming and therapeutic pools and air conditioning waters. ALGAE KILL will kill, prevent and control algae and mould growth on surfaces such as tiles, bricks, concrete, artificial grasses and coatings.

DIRECTIONS: GENERAL USE: Algae and mould; dilute 1-part ALGAE KILL to 5 parts water. Apply the solution to the cleaned surface and allow to dry. This will stop spore growth and maintain a clean, presentable surface. Do not rinse surface once treated.

SPA/POOL: For algae; 200mL ALGAE KILL per 10,000L water. Use weekly or monthly as required. Use ALGAE KILL in conjunction with chlorine treatment. To prevent a hazy appearance in the water, ALGAE KILL should NOT be added for at least 48hrs after super chlorinating the pools. However, during normal chlorine dosing, this time delay is not required.

WALLS & FLOORS (TILES, CONCRETE AND PATHWAYS): For algae and mould dilute 1-2L of ALGAE KILL per 100L water, depending on the level of soiling. Before using ALGAE KILL, first clean the surface down with a surface cleaning product such as FARM MATE or SUPER WASH.

NB: ALGAE KILL can be used as a general surface sanitiser and disinfectant on food contacting surfaces if it is diluted between 1:300-1:1000 with water, and if the surface is rinsed thoroughly with potable water before food processing/production resumes.
